He confirmed the matter saying the letter of appointment to the new post was signed by the State Secretary, which he received at about 3.30 pm yesterday.
"All this happened at the last minute, the swearing -in ceremony will be done later. Wait till Sunday, when I enter the MBJB office," he said today when contacted to confirm the matter.
It is understood that the position left by Noorazam at KPRJ will be replaced by the Managing Director of PIJ Holdings, Datuk Ramlee A Rahman.
