Police raided a wild pool party at the Sun Deck, Bukit Kiara Equestrian & Country Resort. The Organisers and guest at the wild pool party were compounded a total of RM1.56 million
216 foreign individuals arrested were then taken to Brickfields District Police Headquarters for further investigation.
Brickfields District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Amihizam Abdul Shukor said the police had issued a compound of RM50,000 to the organisers while 87 local visitors were compounded RM435,000.
"216 foreign visitors have been compounded RM1,080,000. , The total compound issued was RM1,565,000," he said in a statement on Monday.
Amihizam said he conducted checks on 303 individuals and detained 216 of them.
"All of those examined were 55 women and 161 foreign men while 87 individuals were locals," he said.
He said the results of the inspection found that all the individuals examined were found to have failed to comply with the standard operating procedures (SOPs) set by the National Security Council (NSC), which is to gather somewhere to make physical distancing difficult.
"All 216 individuals of foreign nationals arrested were then taken to Brickfields District Police Headquarters for further investigation," he said.
A total of 27 individuals involved in a wild party at the swimming pool of a leading private club here on Sunday tested positive for drugs.
Brickfields District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Amihizam Abdul Shukor said all of them tested positive for amphetamine, methamphetamine, ketamine and cannabis after urine screening tests were conducted on 131 individuals.
In addition, 23 locals and four foreigners aged 17 to 50 years old were remanded under Section 117 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
"The case is being investigated under Section 15(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952," he said in a statement on Monday.
He also advised the public not to engage in activities contrary to the national security council's designation to ensure that the Covid-19 chain is fully disconnected.

It is understood that each individual was charged RM60 to join the party and were invited through social media applications.
The raid was led by Deputy Head of The Kuala Lumpur Criminal Investigation Department, Assistant Commissioner Nasri Mansor together with members and officers from the Criminal Investigation Department (JSJ) Kuala Lumpur and Brickfields District Police Headquarters.
