Rahman, 26, was also sentenced to three months’ jail for not having in his possession a valid travel document.

Magistrate Norzaliza Tesmin ordered the sentences to run concurrently from today at the Jelebu Prison.

Mizan was found to have duped an officer on duty at the vaccination centre (PPV) to administer him the dose by claiming to be the bona fide holder of what was another individual's passport number.

The Bangladeshi man, who works as a cleaner at Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital here, was also found to have no valid travel documents to enter the country.

Both offences were committed at the Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) PPV in Nilai at about 10 am on Sept 13.

The prosecution was led by Deputy Public Prosecutor Nurul Muhaimin Mohd Azman while the accused was unrepresented.
