The Health Ministry will be given a choice whether to imposed a compound or initiate court proceedings against employers who fail to comply with the compulsory Covid-19 screenings for foreign workers.
Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said that on Monday, adding that he understood the anger of some following a RM1,000 fine imposed on an errant factory owner.
