KOTA KINABALU, Aug 21 -- It's polls for Sabah.
The High Court today dismissed an application by 33 state assemblymen for leave for a judicial review of the decision of the Yang Dipertua Negeri to dissolve the state legislative assembly on July 30.
The decision was handed down by Judicial Commissioner Leonard David Shim.
The Election Commission (EC) has set Sept 26 for the state election. Nomination is on Sept 12.
