Three men involved in a fight at Changkat Bukit Bintang remanded for 2 days

A fight incident at a premises in Jalan Changkat Bukit Bintang has gone viral since yesterday.
KUALA LUMPUR: Three men were remanded for two days after they were believed to be involved in a fight incident at a premises in Jalan Changkat Bukit Bintang, here, on Monday.
Dang Wangi District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Noor Dellhan Yahaya said all the suspects, aged between 32 and 52, were arrested after the video of the fight spread on social media.
"The incident went viral through two videos lasting 37 seconds and 27 seconds that were uploaded on the social media site Twitter.
"The case is being investigated under Section 148 of the Penal Code and the investigation paper will be handed over to the Deputy Public Prosecutor's office when the investigation is completed," he said in a statement, on Tuesday.
Commenting further, Noor Dellhan Yahaya reminded the public not to share the video which could cause public annoyance.
At the same time, he hoped that the public who have information on the incident would contact the Dang Wangi IPD at 03-26002222 or the Kuala Lumpur Police hotline at 03-21159999 or any nearby police station.
